Holiday Menu #4 : Ice Coffee

You like coffee??? ohohohhhooo come on.. whose not??? everybody loves coffee. light coffee, strong coffee, black coffee, hot coffee, cappuccino, latte, ice coffee, you name it.

usually, I always make a hot coffee with cream by my self, or buy instant coffee ( I love Good Day Moccacinno or cappuccino ), then recently I use to buy a hazelnut Float ( an Ice Coffee with ice cream float ), so, inspired by that ice coffee and I got the recipe how to make a perfect Ice coffee from my favorite food & drink web, now it's time for me to make my own Ice Coffee (Sorry, I can't insert any image, the Coffee has been move to my body before I know it hahahahahhaaaa)

Ingredients :
Coffee ( I used Kapal Api, recommended, use coffee with a natural grounds. don't use a no-ground coffee)
Ice Cubes
sweet condensed milk (I used Frisian Flag)

Instructions:
Put the Coffee in the container/pitcher

Pour water into the container, (Remember, don't use a hot water. we will make an Ice Coffee, not a hot one)

Wait for 5 hours (in the original recipe, she said to sit the coffee for 8 hours or more, but the coffee is calling my name, and I can't help but to take it. next time I'll make sure to save it in a saver place.out of my reach, naughty hand)

After 8 Hours or more

Strain the Coffee Grounds, in another pitcher or glass.

in Another glass, put a lot ice cubes, then pour the coffee into a glass of ice cubes

add sweet condensed milk + Cream +/or Milk, Stir well.

take a sip. add some sweet condensed milk, If you want to.

a glass of Ice Coffee is ready to complete your day.. It's lovely...
