Ice Cubes
sweet condensed milk (I used Frisian Flag)
Instructions:
Put the Coffee in the container/pitcher
Pour water into the container, (Remember, don't use a hot water. we will make an Ice Coffee, not a hot one)
Wait for 5 hours (in the original recipe, she said to sit the coffee for 8 hours or more, but the coffee is calling my name, and I can't help but to take it. next time I'll make sure to save it in a saver place.out of my reach, naughty hand)
After 8 Hours or more
Strain the Coffee Grounds, in another pitcher or glass.
in Another glass, put a lot ice cubes, then pour the coffee into a glass of ice cubes
add sweet condensed milk + Cream +/or Milk, Stir well.
take a sip. add some sweet condensed milk, If you want to.
a glass of Ice Coffee is ready to complete your day.. It's lovely...

Egg (take the white part, and put aside the yolk for future use)
Bread Crumbs

Holiday Menu #2 : Chicken Potato with Worcestershire sauce
Today is Holiday Day 6.
After gave a lecture in a college in town for the past 2 days, the next day, I rushed home and bought some food stuff to make my sister a food she requested days ago.
She asked me this Chicken Potato with Worcestershire Sauce. Actually She asked for the sausage instead of chicken, but I can ensure her that chicken will be a lot more tasty than sausage especially the only sausage we desired is extremely expensive compared to two pieces of chicken breast. So, I replaced the sausage with the chicken. And my sister just as happy as when she ate the sausage with Worcestershire Sauce. and I do.. HAPPYYYY.
Chicken Potato with Worcestershire sauce ( Ayam Kentang Saus Inggris)
Ingredients:
Chicken, slice. Adjust the size as you like.
Worcestershire Sauce
Soy Sauce
Ketchup
Potato, preferably baby potato.
Onion
Oil
Seasoning
Nutmeg (1/2 Tea spoon),
Pepper (adjust)
Garlic
Ginger,
Salt (Adjust)
Instruction
Clean the potato, and cook with the water until tender
While you cook the Potato, Minced Garlic, and ginger. and slice the Onion
Once you have the Potato Cooked, peel and slice it. adjust the size as you please. if you have a mini potato, you don't need to slice it, you just need to peel it. And then fry the potato. Fry just for 3-4 minutes, (we won't make the Fries, so don't cook to long)
Preheat another pan, add an oil.
Stir-Fry the Onion first, and then add Minced garlic, ginger, pepper and Nutmeg into the pan.
When the Onion becomes soft, add fried potato into the pan, and then add the chicken.
Add pinch of salt, Worcestershire Sauce, Ketchup, and Soy Sauce into the Mixing ingredients.
Stir for about 5 minutes, then add some water. wait until the water is shrinking, and the water become a lot more like a sauce. Turn off the heat.
Serve.. :D it's extremely tasty.
Healthy Noodle? Why Not
Me and My Family are the Big fan of noodle. any form of noodle. especially my mom. I can simply put noodle as my whole day menu.
and for an Instant Noodle, it's between love and inevitable, since I stay out of home and Instant noodle (even tough It's bad for my body) is the only option I can take, when I was extremely busy or if I too lazy to do anything, Instant noodle always give me a quick solution.hehe
as far as I know, Instant noodle contain preservatives, and another chemical things that are so hard to spell hehe,
But, when I was on a grocery shopping day with my sister, She showed me this noodle, the green healthy noodle made from Barley Leafs.
the positive things about this healthy noodle is it contains no preservatives, and the best thing is .... low fat, low carbohydrate, high calcium (errrr....how come?), high vit c (ummmm) and etc. So, lets give it a try. it's good. taste good enough, and healthy (package told me that)
Barley (the plants) gives a lot of benefits. to read a complete article about the benefist of this grass, Read This
Holidays Menu #1 : Fry Your Ice Cream
Thanks GOD.... It's a long vacation yaaaaayyyy. \(^_^)/
which in my case, 2 weeks off from Vocational High School, but in the other hand, 2 days a week should appear in a college in town...
is it still considered as a long vacation??? just like my co-workers???
well, whatever, at least I still got Monday-Tuesday and Friday-Sunday free from anything related with work. it is good enough to stick my self around frying pan, baking things and chill with one scoop of ice cream (which in my experience, one scoop is never enough)
now, since this holiday season is here with me, I'll start with Menu No. 1.
FRIED ICE CREAM
Ingredients :
Ice Cream (any flavor you like, I used Wall Selection Choco Rumble )
peeled toast (I used Mr. Bread Toast or Sari Roti, it has a soft and tender texture, so It won't tear off or break apart when I try to fold it)
Egg(s) put aside the Yolk and put the white part of it in a plate
Bread Crumbs, put in a plate.
Oil or butter (to fry)
Instructions
put a scoop of ice cream in the middle of toast bread,
sweep each corner of the bread with the egg, Fold the toast.
put the Folded toast into another toast as the outside layer.
sweep another eggs into the each corner of the bread, then fold,
and Now, you've got two layered toast stuffed with ice cream,
Roll it into the egg, remember, the more area covered with eggs the more yummy in the end..
once you have that all covered in egg, roll the Bread into the Bread Crumbs,
the last part.... is Fry it until Golden Brown.
Serve it with a scoop of ice cream,
when you split the Fried Toast, some Melted Ice Cream Inside will melt down like a lava, but the other Frozen ice cream will make the taste even better, the crispy toast with a chill frozen ice cream inside.
it's heaven, it's almost criminal. :D :D :D
I think I'm gonna die.
