Holiday Menu #3 : Crispy Chicken Nugget

When I and My sister made the previous Menu (Chicken Potato With Worcestershire Sauce), I did on purpose set aside the skin. I just plan to mix it with a regular seasoning, and fry it till crispy. Then the idea came to me when I was Opening my refrigerator and find seasoning flour, egg, and..... Bread Crumbs leftover from my Fried Ice Cream Project (^_^)

My Sister is a hater of any kind of skin. She will throw away the chicken skin anytime She find these things on Her Plate. But Guess what, She likes this Crispy things made from Chicken Skin. it's an accidentally and randomly recipe but turn out to be a good snack to enjoy together with your 16 Years Old Sister who has the same Food Experimental Passion

I don't know what's the name, but when I looked at it, it similar with chicken nugget.
Well, It made from Chicken, and it looked like nugget. so I called it a deal. (^_^
It's an amazing way to have your chicken's skin as snack. But, FYI it contains a river of fat, trans fat, or everything you would stay away from. So I suggest you, this snack is just for people who would like to give his body to enjoy every side of beautiful things freely without the jail called DIET.

Crispy Chicken Nugget
Ingredients
Chicken Skin (you can use non-skin instead of the skin, and I think that will be a lot more healthy option)
Seasoning Flour (since I used this, I can forget Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper, but you can add them, in case you need stronger taste)
Egg (take the white part, and put aside the yolk for future use)
Bread Crumbs
Oil to fry

Instructions
Clean the Chicken, Slice to your liking

Have it Covered with Seasoning Flour,
then dip the whole covered chicken into the egg

Last (and the most interesting part) is covered that chicken with Bread Crumbs.

Photobucket
Fry it until Golden Brown and the aura of crispy already in the air...

Serve with ketchup, mayo, or anything around to be a perfect dipping sauce.
it's a perfect day... yes, it's perfect.... We Love it

Holiday Menu #2 : Chicken Potato with Worcestershire sauce

Today is Holiday Day 6.
After gave a lecture in a college in town for the past 2 days, the next day, I rushed home and bought some food stuff to make my sister a food she requested days ago.
She asked me this Chicken Potato with Worcestershire Sauce. Actually She asked for the sausage instead of chicken, but I can ensure her that chicken will be a lot more tasty than sausage especially the only sausage we desired is extremely expensive compared to two pieces of chicken breast. So, I replaced the sausage with the chicken. And my sister just as happy as when she ate the sausage with Worcestershire Sauce. and I do.. HAPPYYYY.

Once you have the Potato Cooked, peel and slice it. adjust the size as you please. if you have a mini potato, you don't need to slice it, you just need to peel it. And then fry the potato. Fry just for 3-4 minutes, (we won't make the Fries, so don't cook to long)

Preheat another pan, add an oil.

Stir-Fry the Onion first, and then add Minced garlic, ginger, pepper and Nutmeg into the pan.

When the Onion becomes soft, add fried potato into the pan, and then add the chicken.
Add pinch of salt,  Worcestershire Sauce, Ketchup, and Soy Sauce into the Mixing ingredients.
Stir for about 5 minutes, then add some water. wait until the water is shrinking, and the water become a lot more like a sauce. Turn off the heat.
Serve.. :D it's extremely tasty.
